Organization or Staging
This service is generally offered on a one time, as needed basis, though may be done periodically.
Costs vary between $30 and $100 per person per hour
depending on the tasks at hand and the equipment utilized.
Disposal services are not included. Flat rates may be negotiated.
The work may include:
- reorganization of rooms, closets, cupboards, shelves,etc.
- removal and disposal of unwanted items
- shredding and disposal of documents
- garage sale preparation, set up, sale, cleanup, and disposal
This service is generally offered on a one time, as needed basis, though may be done periodically.

This service is provided on either a one time or ongoing basis for
$50 to $75 per hour plus disposal fees. All equipment needed for the work
is provided by us. The work may include:
- lawn mowing, raking, and trimming
- flower bed cleaning and weed pulling
-cutting and trimming of flowers and small to medium bushes and trees
-sweeping, leaf blowing, and vacuuming of drives, walks, porches, etc.
-washing or powerwashing of sidewalks, patios, decks, and driveways
-preparation for curbside disposal of all biodegradable waste
-when required, dump disposal fees are not included
